One thing I have found that helps is to put a rubber band on the knob. It makes it much easier to grip and turn with a finger.
I'd love to find a replacement that is a bit larger and that has a finger-spinner on it.

Has anybody found a replacement tuning knob for the X108G? I find the one that comes with the radio a bit difficult to use. Or perhaps mods to the existing knob?
