Sorry, I was unclear. I matched using a manual tuner. So @Illusi0ns, what were your observations? Is it due to the complex resistance, that throws the swr meter off? Do you just tune to the best and then just use it as that anyways and don't care about some high readings?

I think it would definitely be interesting to look at the schematics, if they used the same hardware design and implemented the spectrum analyzer functionality solely in software. Then I think we could have a decent chance to upgrade the old models with the new features.

What are the new features of the cs108g+ compared to the outdoor version? I read something about some "spectrum analyzer" function. Anybody knows something about this? To me it looks like the outdoor version. Maybe we can get the new feature trough the firmware on the old device?
