Thank you for your response. Well I already saw that post and those firmware downloads but they indicate the X108 and not the CS108, According to CS systems the firmware are NOT compatible. I tried one of the files that was supposed to be the correct serial number range and it didn't work.

OK so mine is a CS108G and I need THAT firmware anybody??
