desde que pulsas el punto o la raya. Tarda unas centesimas de segundo en emitir el nivel de potencia correcto.
por lo que el que recibe no puede oir correctamante, el punto o la raya...
solo puede apreciar como el pio pio de un ave. es decir RST 592
