X-108 Info X-108G No Speaker Sound and very weak audio (1 Viewer)

Hey there,
I recently got a X-108G with no speaker sound and very, very weak audio (Rx) on the headphone jack. Transmit (CW, SSB) and S-Meter on Rx works flawlessly so I guess the problem is on the AF-Side, maybe the LM386 Amplifier? Does anyone know if the LM386 also amplifies the Signal on the headphone jack?

Seems like the U7-Opamp and a Capacitor is blown, when I got the schematics I try to fix it.
