    Hello everyone,

I got a used X108 (not G), I find the reception is pretty bad, NB seems to do nothing but the worst is the transmit side.

It is worst on 10m than 80m. When I transmit at lower power, it might be acceptable but when the radio reaches 20W, the audio is really smashed, muffled and kind of choppy, like something is badly overloading.

I run the radio at 13.5V and at 20W, it get near 12.3V.

I see another post with a similar question than mine but there has been no developpement and the only answer was to check the supply voltage which mine seem to be ok.

If you have suggestions, I'd like to hear from you guys !

    Thanks !

    Hello Alezis, all,
same for me with my X108G... the distortion is so bad, that most of the time I get a "no copy" back on my call...
It's independent of the supply voltage - any help would be great!!
