Hello my friends!.

I'm having a problem with my X108G.

I previously disassembled the X108 to replace the screen and repair the threaded holes. The problem is that after reassembling, the device cannot Tx. When I disassemble it, it Tx normally. After several checks, I've pinpointed the faulty area. That area, if pressed down, cannot Tx. I discovered the metal cover was the cause, possibly causing a short circuit somewhere when pressed. I fixed it by disassembling it, applying tape, and sealing it. The problem is now solved.

I accidentally damaged a resistor. And I can't determine its value.

Hello my friends.

Currently, this resistor is broken. I can't read the numbers on it. I'm guessing it's a 683 SMD, but I'm not entirely sure.

Can you help me? A clearer picture or a hint?

Thank you!

Hello interesting X108G users.

I have replaced the 683 (68K) resistor, and the Tx mode seems normal. However, I have discovered a new problem. The Rx sensitivity has significantly decreased, and the S-meter is almost non-functional. Sometimes, the Rx sensitivity increases abruptly after Tx, then decreases again. This never happened before.

I've tried looking at schematics, but they don't seem helpful. The schematics are missing too many details.

Do you have any suggestions on this issue? Please share your insights. Any information you have could be very helpful to me.

Thank you!

Best Regards!
